Our experience includes directing the design / build process for over 1.2 million square feet of historic structures, creating many award winning projects. Our expertise in negotiating with state and federal historic preservation officers, directing architectural design, and coordinating project contractors will greatly expedite the design process, and significantly reduce project costs.
Throughout the project we will work with team members to ensure that value engineering efforts are diligently pursued and appropriately implemented. Additionally, we will work with all project contractors, vendors and consultants to maximize qualified costs.
